The workflow takes three steps: link a disclosure, choose a filing type, and fill in the details.

Step 1: Start a new filing

  1. Navigate to Intellectual Property β†’ Docket in the left sidebar.

  2. Click + New Filing in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Patent from the dropdown (other options: Copyright, Trademark).

Step 2: Select a disclosure

Search for and select the disclosure this filing is based on. You can search by disclosure number or title.

Step 4: Enter filing details
