🔐 Data Privacy

Does uploading data to Tradespace create a public disclosure risk?

No. Tradespace provides each customer with a private AI model that is completely separate from all other customer models. This private instance architecture ensures that data uploaded to Tradespace does not constitute a public disclosure — a critical safeguard for patent-sensitive IP.

Does Tradespace train AI models on my data?

Never without written consent. Tradespace has a strict policy of not training on customer data without explicit written agreement. This applies to all customer data, including invention disclosures, patents, and any proprietary content uploaded to the platform.

What data protection terms govern Tradespace's AI usage?

Tradespace uses Microsoft Azure and operates under Microsoft's industry-best Products and Services Data Protection Addendum (DPA), which provides enterprise-grade contractual protections for your data.

🔒 Encryption & Infrastructure

Do you encrypt data at rest?

Yes. All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption — the industry standard for protecting sensitive information.

Where are Tradespace's servers located?

All Tradespace servers are located in the US Northern Virginia Region, hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure.

What cloud provider does Tradespace use?

Tradespace is built on Microsoft Azure, leveraging Azure's enterprise-grade security controls, reliability, and compliance capabilities.

Is Tradespace SOC 2 compliant?

Yes. Tradespace maintains SOC 2 Type 2 Compliance, audited and managed through our partnership with Vanta. This ensures your data is safe, secure, and can be recovered in the event of a disaster.

Do you support Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Yes. Tradespace supports Single Sign-On (SSO) through the following providers:

• Okta

• Microsoft

• Google

Other SSO providers are available upon request.

🤖 AI & Public Disclosure

Can I use Tradespace without worrying about public AI disclosure risks?

Yes. Unlike public AI systems (such as ChatGPT or Claude), Tradespace's private AI instances ensure that your invention data is never shared with or accessible to other customers or the public. This directly eliminates the confidentiality and public disclosure risks associated with general-purpose AI tools.
